February break is an exciting time for families and for those with an autistic child some unique challenges may be presented as routines are disrupted, so we are here to provide you with some tips and tricks to help you get through break.

Providing structure and predictability can be helpful in decreasing anxiety. Considering using a schedule to provide information in a concrete manner when school is on break.
