Spectrum of Sound was created in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to bring autistic individuals and their communities together through the power of music. What began as a way to combat isolation and create connection quickly grew into a passionate community of young adults who wanted to share their voices and make a difference.

Founded with the musical expertise of Berklee College of Music graduate Cooper Hyde, Spectrum of Sound has grown into an inclusive choir celebrating music, connection, self-expression, and the unique voices of autistic individuals.

Spectrum of Sound: A Collaboration of The Autism Project and the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism brings this experience to Rhode Island, creating a space where autistic adults can come together, build community, and share their love of music.
