What I do at TAP:

I teach.

One fun fact about me is:

I am a cat foster mom!

My professional bio:

I graduated from Providence College with a Master's in Special Education, and have worked at The Autism Project for 15 years. I have developed a strong interest in learning and teaching about social-emotional learning, and being a part of this organization has given me the opportunity to learn from the best: Dr. Becky Bailey, Michele Garcia Winner, and Dr. Ross Greene, to name a few. I have completed various Conscious Discipline trainings including CD Institute Levels 1 and 2, Trauma, and The Babydoll Program, and have received direct coaching from Master Instructors. I have also completed the Mentoring Social Thinking Program by Michelle Garcia Winner and the Advanced Training Collaborative Problem Solving Model by Dr. Ross Green. I am TEACCH Levels 1 and 2 certified, and have worked in school districts across Rhode Island.
